What do the red, yellow or green LEDs in Backup Overview mean?

An orange LED in the "Last Successful" column means the last backup occurred more than one day ago and is not neccessarily an error.

In the "Last Backup" column, the colors mean:

- Yellow: The backup has never been executed.
- Red: The backup finished with an  error.
- Orange: The backup finished with warning

"Never" may indicate a problem with the plan configuration or the first schedule execution date is set in the future. The next schedulef start date/time can be found in the backup plan itself under Backup Schedules.

A "Warning" means the job completed, but some files were not or saved incompletely. Please check the file access log in the job history and refer to the following KB article:

An "Error" means the job failed. For details, please refer to the Presstore job history log.
