Local Administrator account on a Windows 2008/2012 Server (and Windows 8.x)

The local administrator account in Windows 2008 is hidden. In case you're having problems using Presstore on a Windows 2008 machine with Active Directory domain accounts, try to enable the Local Administrator account and use that one instead. Feedback from a customer: "It works know, without having to login locally. The problem was that the domain admins group was added to the local admin group but presstore didnt like that, so i added my domain admin user to the local admin group as well. And that did the trick."
